This masterclass is about postural gymnastics based on the Joseph Pilates method, it aims to improve breathing,
strengthen the muscles and increase knowledge of one's body.
The lessons will take place on the ground floor of the B 20 building in Bovisa La Masa campus.
It will be possible to use the changing rooms present in front of the room where the lessons are held.
